Residence Inn by Marriott Williamsport

The room was as pictured, very spacious and has everything we needed. Parking and breakfast was complementary so that was nice to have. Parking was next to the hotel, you would need to walk out and make use of the garage next door, not that troubling. Breakfast was simple, had the basics. It's close to the shops and a short drive to restaurants.

The staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

Well placed, with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by - we went to Stonehouse Pizza, which was very nice. Reasonably priced, good size room, comfy bed - a useful one night stopover on the drive from Niagara-On-The- Lake to Washington DC. Free parking in the handy car park next door. Nice to see dogs everywhere we went, in the lifts and hallways.

Spacious, clean and suited all our needs, thank you! Side note* Our family reunion almost became rained out, with family coming from different directions, the hotel offered back up options last minute! We were incredibly grateful.

The room was large and had many areas to put our things and sit. The shower was excellent and the room was quiet. The front staff were very helpful and friendly.
